Delea Merlot di Gudo 2017 (750ml) Prosecco di ValdobbiadeneGrapes: Merlot, Cabernet Franc Vol: 13% Gudo is vinified with destemmed and pressed grapes, with a long maceration process in inox tanks. The colour is ruby red with purple reflexes. The perfume is intense, persistent, fine with slightly spicy notes. The taste is dry, full of character, persistent and winy. It is hallmarked for its round character and for its smoothness. Great with traditional local goat meat baked in the oven.

Limestone austerity comes through pretty strongly on the attack in the form of a slate and crushed stone texture
