Kizuna Sake - Nigori

Kizuna Sake - NigoriNigori literally means "cloudy", it is an unfilterd sake. It is a traditional rustic style of sake that is delicious with spicy foods. It makes an excellent base for a modern cocktail.

They organically farm 18ha of indigenous grapes like this rosé from Gaglioppo

but tireless innovation places it in a class of its own

The Domaine is now run by brothers Jean-Phillipe and Jean-François

with the intent to be 100% organic within a couple of years

their daughter decided to buy 3 oak barrels and aged some the wine of that year in them as inspiration from her 30th birthday

and hugged with finely sticky tannins through the bitter cherry finish
