They rest this in first fill Bourbon Casks for a minimum of 16 years before bottling

The result is a Whisky full of Dried Fruit notes infused with an Orange Marmalade undertone and a Smooth well rounded finish

The Distillery was first operational in 2017 and combines both Traditional and Contemporary distillation approaches when producing their Whiskies

FEW is hand-crafted through a small-batch process in charred oak barrels to age its bourbon whiskey
