Vintage: 2018 was a very good year, which delivered good yields with beautiful concentration and flavour. the summer was cool & dry with small amounts of rain allowing the fruit to ripen slowly retaining good natural acidity. Colour: Pale, lemon

long fermentation with meticulous cap management

post fermentation it was racked into a mixture of new and one year old puncheons for 11 months before bottling

a touch of spice and some cranberry tartness

Chill wine to 12-14 degree before consumption
