SOLD (1908) Bing. Hector BingHector is a massive chap. A very early bear made between 1908 1910. He has wonderful Steiff like proportions, very long arms, high hump, big feet and spoon shaped paws. He is entirely wood wool filled. His original pads are over all in good condition, a few moth nibbles and tears. He has brown stitching on his nose and pads, and wooden boot button eyes He has a very good covering of white mohair. He measures a whopping 28 inches long and I can hear

one of short hair 20 inches & the other a very unusual white bear prototype by Farnell with web stitching to paws

Lovely friendly antique Strunz teddy from 1910-20s in magnificent condition

Just 10 ins high he is a cracker

He has a shaved  triangular nose

He has original 4 paw and 5 pad claws

with original glass eyes

His small shoe button eyes

The paw pads were often made of felt
