Terroir & Site This wine is sourced entirely from the Eden Valley. Two stand out Shiraz vineyards were

consisting of sandstone grit and red flint on tuffeau limestone in Anjou

With careful

with a ripe fruit (but not too much)

Pair it with a grilled ribeye

with citrus peel acidity and a tang of salinity

due mainly to the "Primitivo" grape variety

it is earthy and textured

will finally go towards a really generous even almost extremely generous body covering the tastebuds but never saturating them

allowing the domaine to plant ungrafted vines

this provides generous blackberry and blackcurrant fruit flavors

The varietal aromas of the Albariño variety and the mineral character of the soil are emphasised in this wine
